Bamboo Wholesale Buyer Guide
Plan a reusable bamboo product order with the details a manufacturer needs to quote and produce it. This guide is for importers, wholesalers, retail brands, online sellers and hospitality suppliers sourcing from Vietnam Bamboo Corporation.
Minimum orders, samples and production planning
Our standard starting quantity is 500 pieces per SKU. Mixed-SKU trials from 100 pieces per SKU may be available for selected existing products. Custom designs, finishes, fittings and packaging can affect the minimum. Confirm the quantity for each item in your quotation rather than assuming one minimum applies across the catalogue.
A sample for a single existing design typically takes 5–7 days; several designs or development work may need longer. Selected LCL orders can have a 15-day production lead time, while larger or full-container programmes may require 30–45 days after approval. The confirmed schedule depends on design, quantity, materials and packing. Transit time is additional.
Logo engraving and private-label packaging
Provide vector artwork, the engraving width and height, and a drawing showing the logo position. Natural bamboo grain and colour can affect the appearance of a laser mark, so approve the result on the actual sample. Tell us whether several products need a consistent brand position or coordinated retail presentation.
Specify individual boxes, sleeves, labels or sets together with barcodes, care instructions and language requirements. Confirm units per carton, shipping marks and protection for edges, fittings and finished surfaces. Online fulfilment and palletised wholesale shipments may need different packing, so explain the distribution route before the packaging is agreed.
Prepare market requirements and a useful RFQ
State the destination market, intended use and any buyer test protocol at the beginning. For food-contact products, we review the proposed adhesives, finish and available supporting documents for the selected item. Buyers in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia should identify their own product and import requirements before order confirmation.
Your quotation request should include company details, product references or drawings, dimensions, quantity per SKU, branding, packaging, destination and required delivery date. Mention your preferred shipping arrangement and whether the date refers to production completion or arrival. Send drawings and artwork by email when further attachments are needed. Commercial terms, sample charges and freight are confirmed in the quotation.
